This Privacy Policy explains how Qawex Solutions (“Qawex”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit usama.qawex.com, chat with our website assistant, or message us on WhatsApp.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide – name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
- Appointment details – the service you are interested in and your preferred date and time.
- Messages – the content of messages you send to our website chat or WhatsApp number, and your WhatsApp profile name.
- Technical data – basic information such as browser type, pages visited and IP address, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and book, confirm or reschedule consultations.
- To contact you about your appointment by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To provide and improve our services and website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We only send WhatsApp messages in reply to conversations you start or about appointments you requested.
3. Automated assistant
Our website chat and WhatsApp number are answered by an AI assistant that helps you book appointments. Your messages are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate replies. A member of our team can review conversations and take over at any time.
4. Service providers
We share information only with trusted providers who help us operate our services, including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), OpenAI (AI processing), our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our website analytics tools. These providers may process data outside Pakistan and are required to protect it.
5. Data retention
We keep appointment and conversation records only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop receiving messages, at any time. To request deletion of your data, email info@usama.qawex.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the phone number or email you used. On WhatsApp you can also reply STOP. We will process requests within 30 days.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
